Position: Senior Research and Data Analyst
Location: Honolulu.  Hybrid - must be able to work in-office for part of the week.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Research & Data Analyst to lead the design, execution, and delivery of advanced research, analytics, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. This role combines quantitative analysis, research leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable findings for senior leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a highly analytical, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of research studies, surveys, and analytical projects across customer, market, program, or operational domains
  • Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze large, multi-source datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Develop forecasting models, statistical analyses, and evaluation frameworks to support strategic initiatives and program effectiveness

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as statistics, economics, finance, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience leading research, analytics, or data-driven projects
  • Strong background in applied statistics, quantitative methods, and data analysis
